F <br />87-103196 <br />R 1T ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />MICHAEL L. JOHNSON and NANCY J. JOHNSON, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Mortgagors, in consideration of EIGHTEEN <br />THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS (318,000.00) do hereby mortgage to <br />GEORGE F_ JOHNSON and R7H A. JOHNSON, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship, herein called the Mortgagees, <br />the following - described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Thirteen !113), Block Two (2) , in Replat <br />of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County *, Nebraska. <br />And the Mortgagors do hereby covenant with the Mortgagees <br />and with Mortgagees' heirs and assigns that Mortgagors are <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that Mortgagors have good right <br />and lawful authority to con.,ey the same, and that Mortgagors <br />warrant and will defend the title to said Premises against the <br />lawful claims of ail persons whomsoever. <br />This Mortgage is --en to secure the payment of the principal <br />s,=_ of Eighteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($1$,000.00) and <br />interest thereon, according to the terms of a certain Promissory <br />:rote dated June 5, 1985, executed by the Mortgagors to the <br />Mortgagees, payable on ,'une 1, 1990, the terms and conditions of <br />which Promissory Note are incorporated herein and made a part <br />hereof b, this reference. <br />The Mortgagors agree to pa- ' all taxes and assessments upon <br />said premises and a'_'_ ether taxes, levies and assessments levied <br />upon this Mortgage and' the Vote which this Mortgage is given to <br />secure before the same become delinquent.
