LICENSE AGREEMENT R7- 1031'5 <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred <br />to as the "City" and FRED W. RAUCH and MARGARET L. RAUCH, Husband <br />and Wife, herein referred to as the "Licensee". <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License <br />Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which <br />the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the <br />following described improvement which will infringe upon real <br />estate owned or controlled by the City: <br />A fence in the public right -of -way at 1003 West <br />Oklahoma Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee <br />owns or controls the following described real estate adjacent to <br />the City's real estate to which this License Agreement shall <br />apply: <br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter (5E- 114,NW -114) of Section <br />Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range 9 <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a <br />point on the South side of Anna Street of the City of <br />Grand island, Nebraska, 15 feet East of the West side <br />of Jackson Street extended southerly, said point is <br />also 1010 feet Southwesterly from a point where the <br />Southerly line of Anna Street intersects the East <br />line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(SE- 1 /4,NW -114) of Section Twenty -one (21), in Twnship <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M., thence -rg in a Southeasterly direction <br />parallel with the Westerly line of Jackson Street as <br />extended a distance of 275' thence running right 90 <br />degrees In a Southwesterly direction 273.9 feet to a <br />point that is also 257.2 feet from a point on the East <br />Property line of the County Road, thence running right <br />90 degrees along a 1_ne parallel with the nest line of <br />Jackson Street as extended, a distance of 127 feet, <br />thence right 90 degrees along a line parallel with the <br />South line of Anna Street 93.1 feet, thence right 127 <br />feet along a line parallel with the West line of <br />Jackson Street as extended to Closure, said Closure <br />constituting a tract of land 127 feet by 93.1 feet. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS.
