DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 87-103151 WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn of Grand Island, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, is Trustee under the Trust Deed dated February 17, 1987, executed by Larry W. Fowle and Barbara Fowle, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87- 100909, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reci- ting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska. Trust Deeds Act, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following- described real property: The North 55 Feet of Block 4, in Koehler Subdivision, located on part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., and on part of Lot 14 of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
