Mort age <br />Company, Beneficiary, wherein, Joseph Polack, attorney at aw, <br />was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded on April 26, <br />1984, as Document No. 84- 002178 in the Records of the Register of <br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Champlain Valley Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association by virtue of an assignment of <br />i beneficial interest under Deed of Trust from Continental Mortgage <br />Company, is now the beneficiary under the Deed of Trust. Douglas <br />W. Reno, attorney at law, is Successor Trustee. Hereinafter the <br />Successor Trustee, Douglas W.
