HERTO <br />March 25, 1987, make, execute and deliver to Jos eph H, G G, Trustor, did, on <br />, Tru , Trustee, a <br />Property: Tru <br />Deed of Trust, wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), in South Grand <br />Island, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from First <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, as Beneficiary of said Deed <br />of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on the 18th day of April, 1983 in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document <br />No. 83- 001868. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an <br />obligation of the Trustor for which that trust property was conveyed as <br />security, to -wit: That the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary <br />Payments which were contractually due from December, 1986 through May, 1987, <br />together with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that notice is hereby given that the <br />undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary, has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, <br />at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real <br />estate described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation. <br />Dated this -L2tL day of May, 1987. <br />Trustee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss.: <br />Lancaster County ) <br />Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, qualified and acting for <br />and in said County and State, appeared JOSEPH 11.
