t NEBRASKA FHA HORTOAOE RIDER 87-- 1 0 2 9 1 5 <br />THIS RIDER. dated the 19th day of May , 19 87 amends the <br />mortgage of even date by and between Rex L. Adams and Susan M. Adams , the <br />usban—J a n h--0—w— e <br />Mortgagor, and the Mortgagee, as follower <br />1. In Paragraph 1, the sentence which reads as follows, is deleted: <br />"Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole, or in an amount equal to <br />one or more monthly payments on the principal that are next due on the note, <br />on the first day of any month prior to maturity: Provided, however, That <br />written notice of an intention to exercise such privilege is given at loser <br />thirty (30) days prior to prepayment." <br />2. Paragraph 1 to amended by addition of the following: <br />"Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole or in part on any interest <br />due date. <br />3. Subsection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />4. Subsection (c) (1) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />5. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3, the words "all payments made under <br />the provisions of (a) of paragraph 2 hereof which the mortgagee has not <br />become obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development <br />and are deleted. <br />6. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion of a period <br />after "...then remaining unpaid under said Note" and deletion of the <br />remainder of the sentence. <br />T. Paragraph 12 is amended by the addition of the following: <br />"This option may not be exercised when the ineligibility for insurance <br />under the National Housing Act to due to the mortgagee's failure to remit <br />the mortgage insurance premium to the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development." <br />S. This mortgage is amended by addition of the following: <br />"The mortgagee shall, with the prior approval of the Federal Housing <br />Commissioner, or his designee, declare all suer secured by this mortgage <br />to be immediately due and payable if all or a part of the property is <br />sold or otherwise transferred (other than by devise, descent or operation <br />r of law) by the mortgagor, pursuant to a contract of sale executed not <br />later than 24 months after the date of execution of this mortgage or not <br />later than 24 months after the date of a prior transfer of the property <br />subject to this mortgage, to a purchaser whose credit has not been <br />approved in accordance with the requirements of the Commissioner." <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, _the undersigned has set hie /her <br />hand and seal the day and year first aforesaid. <br />C - E (SEAL) <br />�"ex Adao�� J <br />_(SEAL) <br />
