<br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />{NOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, CHRISTOPHER L. WILLIAMS and DONNA JOYCE WILLIAMS,
<br />husband and wife, have
<br />executed a mortgage on the following- described
<br />premi3es:
<br />: The Northerly Forty -Four (44) Feet of Lot Five
<br />in Block
<br />Seventeen 17 theOriginal Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall nCounty,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, in the
<br />amount of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($14,000.00),
<br />which mortgage was
<br />recorded on May 20th Document
<br />No. 87- 102912 in the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />and, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />WHEREAS, said Mortgagors have previously executed a Deed of
<br />Trust to Custer Federal Savings
<br />and Loan Association, Trustee, and
<br />the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, Beneficiary, in
<br />amount
<br />the
<br />of $6,800.00, said Deed of Trust recorded August 2, 1985, in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />85- 003716; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Custer Federal Savings and Loan Asso-
<br />ciation, Trustee, and the Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority;
<br />Beneficiary, recognize that the said
<br />mortgage to the Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />is a first
<br />and prior lien on said premises.
<br />NOT, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
<br />other good and valuable consideration,
<br />the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, the undersigned acknowledge the
<br />priority of %he said
<br />mortgage to the said Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and specifically subordinate the lien of the
<br />Trust Deed of Custer Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association, Trustee, and
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, Beneficiary,
<br />meat No. 85- 003716, to the lien of said mortgage TheoEquitableocu-

<br />The undersigned, by execution of this Subordination Agreement
<br />does not release the lien of its
<br />Trust Deed in any particular,
<br />but only subordinates and makes junior such lien to the aforesaid
<br />mortgage of The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska.
