87- 102909 <br />4. <br />Financing Statement covers the following types (or items) of <br />property: <br />(1) <br />The personal property and fixtures now or hereafter attached <br />to or located on the real property described in Schedule A <br />attached hereto and constituting fixtures or "goods" as <br />defined in Section 9- 105(1)(f) of the Uniform Commercial <br />Code, other than "inventory" as defined in Section 9- 109(4) <br />thereof, and the Authority's interest in all leases of <br />personal property, including, but not limited to, all <br />equipment, machinery and fixtures now or hereafter located in <br />the hospital or on the hospital site described in Schedule A <br />in Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />(2) <br />All right, title and interest of the Debtor in and to the <br />Lease and Security Agreement between the Debtor, as lessor, <br />and Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society of America, as <br />lessee, dated as of June 1, 1977, on file in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, including all real and <br />personal property acquired by the Authority from said lessee <br />pursuant to the terms of said lease which Lease and Security <br />Agreement has been assigned by the Lessee to Saint Francis <br />Medical Center, the assignee, under the Assignment and <br />Assumption Agreement between the Lessee and the Assignee <br />dated as of April 1, 1987, and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County; <br />(3) <br />All rents, issues, profits, revenues and other income from <br />the real property described in Schedule A, including, but not <br />limited to, all subleases of any portion of such real <br />property. <br />Proceeds of Collateral are also covered. <br />Product of Collateral are also covered. <br />Fixtures are covered. <br />L. <br />5,4 <br />
