<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT we, THOMAS W. WILKINSON AND
<br />PATRICIA G. WILKINSON, husband and wife, of the county of Hall, State
<br />of Nebraska, have agreed to give up and surrender the lands hereinafter
<br />described in lieu of a foreclosure, as security for the amount of
<br />money remaining unpaid on said Deed of Trust, do hereby sell and
<br />convey upon NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY, a body politic and
<br />corporate of the State of Nebraska, its successors and assigns, for
<br />and in consideration of the sum of One and No /100 Dollar ($1.00), and
<br />other valuable consideration, the following described premises, to-
<br />wit:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), in Western Heights Subdivision,
<br />located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4SW1 /4) of Section 11, Township 11
<br />North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of
<br />all encumbrances except a Deed of Trust in favor of Joseph H. Badami,
<br />Trustee, and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln,
<br />Lincoln, Nebraska, and assigned to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, now
<br />known as Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, as Beneficiary, the
<br />principal sus: of Forty -seven Thousand Seven Hundred and No /100 Dollars
<br />($47,700.00), dated May 12, 1980 and filed for record May 12, 1980, in
<br />Document No. 80- 002118, of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />easements and restrictions of record, and do covenant to warrant and
<br />4 defend the said premises against any act of said grantors or any other
<br />person claiming through or under it. The grantee hereby releases and
<br />discharges any and all liens and claims under and by virtue of the
<br />Deed of Trust aforesaid for a deficiency judgment. The grantors
<br />further covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute an absolute
<br />conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein in effect as
<br />well as form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or
<br />as security of any kind and that possession of the premises is delivered
<br />concurrently herewith. And the said grantors hereby relinquish all
<br />right, title, interest and all equity of redemption in and to the
<br />above described premises.
