<br />I, Nelle G. Wilson, of Wbod River, Nebraska, make, constitute and appoint my grandson, R. Wilson, of Grand Island, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in fact for me
<br />and in my name, place and stead, on ay behalf, and for ray use and benefit:
<br />1. To deposit in my name and for my "account with any bank or other financial institution,
<br />all morays payable or belonging to me, including checks and all other conaercial instruments,
<br />and to sign my name and endorse all documents for deposit or collection or ary other purpose
<br />deemed neoessaxy by my attorney in fact.
<br />2. To withdraw all moneys deposited with any bank or other financial institutions having
<br />moneys belonging to me and to draw checks in my name, sign withdrawal slips and execute any
<br />other instruments neoessax, for withdrawing moneys belonging to me.
<br />3. To sell, transfer, exchange, mortgage, encumber by security agreement, mortgage or any
<br />other fora of encumbrance, or otherwise dispose of or encumber any of my property, including
<br />real estate and personal property, and to execute and deliver deeds, including deeds of
<br />warranty, contracts, bills of sale, mortgages, security agreements and other documents
<br />necessary 6o act in carrying out these powers.
<br />4. To rent, repair, maintain and insure real estate and personal property.
<br />5. To collect, sue, compromise or otherwise dispose of any claim or debt clue or payable to
<br />me, and to pay, compromise or otherwise discharge and secure releases from any obligations
<br />or claims owed to me.
<br />G. To hold, manage, invest, reinvest, trade, exchange, buy and sell investment securities
<br />now owmsd by me or acquired later by my attorney in fact for me.
<br />7. To lease, rent, manage, terminate leasea, contract as to, and generally deal in and use
<br />all of my real estate and interests in real estate, upon covenants, conditions, term and
<br />provisions my attorney in fact shall detenains, in the sole discretion of my attorney in
<br />fact for my best interests, receive and collect all rents and all other ammunts due me as
<br />security for the faithful performance of leases and all rents due and payable to me, and
<br />execute all necessary dints and other paupers pertaining to my real estate.
<br />8. To exercise or perform any act, power, duty, right or obligation whatsoever that I now
<br />have, or may hereafter acquire the legal right, power, or capacity to exercise or perform,
<br />relating to any person, item, transaction, thing, busi.s property, real or personal,
<br />tangible or intangible, or natter whatsoever.
<br />This Power of Attorney shall not be affected by my disability as principal. I reserve
<br />the right to revoke this Power of Attorney in writing.
<br />A photoecry of this Power of Attorney has the same force and effect as the original
<br />signed and ac3onawl®dged by me.
