Box 10006, Des Moines, Iowa 50306, and <br />COASTAL BRANDED MARKETING, INC., a Delaware corporation ( "Tenant "), whose <br />address is 9 Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046. <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />1. Landlord and Tenant have entered into a Lease dated MAR 3 1 W <br />(the "Lease "), the terms of which'Lease are hereby incorporated herein. whereby <br />Landlord leased, and does hereby lease, to Tenant, the real estate set forth on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, the improvements <br />located thereon and all appurtenances relating thereto. <br />2. The original term of the Lease commences on 1APR 1 <br />and ends on December 31, 1996. -- �- - --- �' <br />3. The Lease contains provisions granting Tenant certain: <br />(i) options to extend for up to four consecutive <br />additional terms of five years each, and <br />(ii) options to purchase. <br />4.
