ORDINANCE NO. 7353 <br />An ordinance creating street Improvement District No. <br />1128; defining the boundaries of the district= providing for <br />the improvement of a street within the district by paving, <br />curbing, guttering, and all incidental work in connection <br />therewith; and providing the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY of <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1128 in the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point along the West line of St. Paul <br />Road where said point intersects the South line of 18th <br />Street; thence proceeding easterly along a prolongation <br />Of the South line of 18th Street for a distance of <br />sixty -six (66) feet; thence deflecting left in a <br />northerly direction along the East line of St. Paul Road <br />for a distance of sixty (60) feet; thence deflecting <br />right in an easterly direction perpendicular to the East <br />line of St. Paul Road for a distance of three hundred <br />(300) feet; thence deflecting left in a northerly <br />direction three hundred (300) feet from and parallel to <br />the east line of St. Paul Road for a distance of nine <br />hundred eighty -three and two- tenths (983.2) feet, more <br />or less; thence deflecting left in a westerly direction <br />along the North line of Capital Avenue for a distance of <br />six hundred sixty -six (666) feet; thence deflecting left <br />in a southerly direction three hundred (300) feet from <br />and parallel to the West line of St. Paul Road for a <br />distance of eight hundred thirty -one (831) feet, more or <br />less; thence deflecting left in an easterly direction <br />along the North line of 19th Street and a prolongation <br />of this line for a distance of two hundred thirty -four <br />(234) feet; thence deflecting right in a southerly <br />direction sixty -six (66) feet from and parallel to the <br />West line of St. Paul Road for a distance of one hundred <br />fifty -two and five tenths (152.5) feet; thence <br />deflecting left in an easterly direction along the North <br />line of 18th Street for a distance of sixty -six (66) <br />feet; thence deflecting right in a southerly direction <br />along the West line of St. Paul Road for a distance of <br />sixty (60) feet to the point of beginning, all as shown <br />on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 3.
