CLAUSSEN, a partners of the JOHN CLAUSSEN SONS CO., A Partnership, herein- after called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N 1/2 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of a lot formerly described as Lot One (1), Block Eleven (11), South Park Addition, where the westerly line of Greenwich Avenue intersects the southerly line of Oklahoma Avenue; thence southwesterly along and upon the southerly line of said Oklahoma Avenue a distance of two hundred sixty -four and twenty -five hundredths (264.25) feet to a point on the easterly line of Lincoln Avenue; thence southeasterly along and upon the easterly line of said Lincoln Avenue a distance of one hundred thirty -one (131.0) feet to the northerly right -of -way line of the Belt Line Railroad of the Burlington Northern, Inc., Railroad; thence northeasterly along and upon said railroad right -of -way line a distance of two hundred sixty -four and twenty -five hundredths (264.25),feet to a point on said westerly line of Greenwich Avenue; thence northwesterly along and upon the westerly line of Greenwich Avenue a distance of one hundred thirty and forty -seven hundredths (130.47) feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.793 acre, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above- described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as CLAUSSEN BROTHERS SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land
