CLAUSSEN, <br />a <br />partners of the JOHN CLAUSSEN SONS CO., A Partnership, herein- <br />after called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land <br />comprising a part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N <br />1/2 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of a lot formerly <br />described as Lot One (1), Block Eleven (11), South Park <br />Addition, where the westerly line of Greenwich Avenue <br />intersects the southerly line of Oklahoma Avenue; <br />thence southwesterly along and upon the southerly line <br />of said Oklahoma Avenue a distance of two hundred <br />sixty -four and twenty -five hundredths (264.25) feet to <br />a point on the easterly line of Lincoln Avenue; thence <br />southeasterly along and upon the easterly line of said <br />Lincoln Avenue a distance of one hundred thirty -one <br />(131.0) feet to the northerly right -of -way line of the <br />Belt Line Railroad of the Burlington Northern, Inc., <br />Railroad; thence northeasterly along and upon said <br />railroad right -of -way line a distance of two hundred <br />sixty -four and twenty -five hundredths (264.25),feet to <br />a point on said westerly line of Greenwich Avenue; <br />thence northwesterly along and upon the westerly line <br />of Greenwich Avenue a distance of one hundred thirty <br />and forty -seven hundredths (130.47) feet to the point <br />of beginning, and containing 0.793 acre, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above- described <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as CLAUSSEN BROTHERS SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land <br />
