<br />You are hereby notified that on , 1987, The
<br />Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, a.inti , filed its
<br />Petition for Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against James D. Riley and Sharon
<br />J. Riley, husband and wife, and John Doe, Real and True Name Unknown,
<br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real
<br />estate mortgage on the following - described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEhSEk)
<br />Of Section Nine (9), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEB[) of Section Twenty -Eight
<br />(28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by James D. Riley and Sharon J. Riley, husband and wife,
<br />and that said Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 79- 001049, on
<br />February 28, 1979.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Note and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $356,795.35 with interest accruing thereon
<br />at the rate of $146.18698 per day from March 11, 1987, and for
<br />additional costs and other advances necessary to protect the
<br />real estate security during these proceedings, and praying for
<br />the sale of the real estate above described and to satisfy the
<br />amounts found due on its Mortgage, including interest and costs.
