<br />Of Omaha, a corporation, Plaintiff, filed i Peti ion for Foreclosure of Real Es-
<br />tate 1►1ortgage in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against James D. Riley
<br />and Sham J. Riley, husband and wife; Daniel E. Riley and LeAnne M. Riley, husband
<br />and wife; and John Doe, Real and True Name Unknown, Defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of which is to foreclose real estate mortgages on the following- described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S;SE',) of Section Sixteen
<br />(16), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />A tract of land coWrising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SWh) of
<br />Section Twwenty -One (21), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., hall County, Nebraska, more particularly de-
<br />scribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SA), said point being Thirty -One and Fifteen
<br />Hundredths (31.15) Feet North of the Southwest corner of said South -
<br />west Quarter (); thence Northerly along the West lira' of said
<br />Southwest Quarter, a distance of Six Hundred Twenty -Three (623.0)
<br />Feet; thence deflecting right 89 °43' and running Easterly, a dis-
<br />tance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Two and Six Tenths (2,642.6)
<br />Feet, to the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SA), thence de-
<br />flecting right 90 °29' and naming Southerly along the East line of
<br />said Southwest Quarter (SW;), a distance of Six Hundred Ten (610.0)
<br />Feet; thence deflecting right 89 °14' and running Westerly a distance
<br />of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty and Sixty -Six Hundredths (2,640.66)
<br />Feet to the place of beginning and containing 37.385 acres, more or less; and
<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (ANA) of Section Thirty -Two
<br />(32), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EKCEPT a certain tract of land deeded
<br />to the County of Hall, recorded in Book 150, Page 384
<br />given by James D. Riley and Sharon J. Riley, husband and wife, and Daniel E. Riley
<br />and LeAnne M. Riley, husband and wife, to the Plaintiff, and that said Mortgages
<br />were recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 77- 001407 on March 22, 1977 as to the First Cause of ,Action, and
<br />as Document No. 79- 007353 on November 6, 1979, as to the Sect Cause of Action.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Note and Mortgage in the First
<br />Cause of Action the sum of $84,074.55, with interest accruing thereon at the rate
<br />of $34.44721 per day from March 11, 1987; and there is now due on said Note and Mort-
<br />gage in the Second Cause of Action the seen of $210,548.64, with interest accruing
<br />at the rate of $86.26645 per day from March 11, 1987; and for additional costs and
<br />otter advances necessary to protect the real estate security during these proceedings,
<br />praying for the sale of the real, estate above described and to satisfy the amounts
<br />found due on its Mortgages, including interest and costs.
