NOTICE OF us PWINS <br />M MM IT MAY Comm: <br />87� 102758 <br />You are hereby notified that on May 1987, the Federal <br />Land Bank of Omaha. a corporation, an Plaintiff, filed its Petition and action <br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against <br />Leonard & Graf and Mary W. Graf, husband and wife, Alyce E. Graf, August <br />Peters, and John Doe and Doe, his wife, real and true names <br />unknown, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage <br />on the following described real estate In Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br />SEC. TWP RG. <br />SE 1/4 and N 1/2 SW 1/4 - - - - - - - - - - - 34 11N 11 W 6th P.M. <br />given by the Defendants Leonard E. Graf and Mary W. Graf, Husband and Wife, on <br />December 21, 1981, to the Plaintiff, The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a <br />corporation, MW that said mortgage was duly filed for record in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall county, <br />Nebraska, on December 21, 1987, and was <br />duly recorded as Document No. 81-006216, of the real estate mortgage records <br />Of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said note and mortgage the <br />sun of $466,130.45 as of March 13, 1987, together with interest accruing <br />thereon at the default interest rate as provided for in said note from and <br />after said date, and $45.00 abstract fees, and for additional costs and other <br />advances required for insurance premiums, taxes and other costs necessary to <br />protect the real estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the <br />OR <br />J� <br />
