Duff, <br />wife and husband, Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a <br />Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following described real estate: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Nine (9), Meves First Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance to the same <br />belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand, <br />whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration <br />of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgages to the Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded December 10, <br />1984, as document number 84- 006431 and recorded May 22, 1978, as Document <br />Number 78- 003100, filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having conveyed said <br />real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration, such consideration <br />being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the mortgages of <br />Grantors recorded as Document 84- 006431 at.d 78- 003100 together with <br />cancellation of the Bond given by Grantors with the above mortgage. <br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and <br />that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed between <br />Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real estate. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described real estate with the appurtenances <br />thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its successors and assigns <br />forever, and the Grantors, for themselves and their heirs and assigns, hereby <br />covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that <br />the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that the Grantors have <br />good and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the Grantors warrant <br />and will defend the title to said premises unto the said Grantee and its <br />successors and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />Executed this day of %i;�� 1987. <br />STET: E1ulEfd"{ ATTAGIiF_D <br />NEBRASKA DOWN <br />STAMP TAX <br />MAY 1 w 1987 <br />gr -;? <br />nice L.
