r <br />is <br />87-'- 162676 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />JNW SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island Nebraska <br />The undersigned, E. Glenn Johnson and Sharon L. Johnson, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Twenty -one (21), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point one hundred eighty -seven (187.0) <br />feet South of the Southeast corner of Block Sixteen <br />(16), Pleasant Home Subdivision, and thirty -three <br />(33.0) feet west of the East line of said Section <br />Twenty -one (21); thence southerly parallel to the East <br />line of said Section Twenty -one (21) a distance of <br />thirty -seven (37.0) feet; thence deflecting right <br />ninety degrees 00' and running westerly a distance of <br />three and five - tenths (3.5) feet; thence deflecting <br />left 90 degrees 00' and running southerly a distance of <br />six (6.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees 00' <br />and running easterly a distance of three and <br />five - tenths (3.5) feet; thence deflecting right 90 <br />degrees 00' and running southerly a distance of one <br />hundred eleven (111.0) feet; thence westerly parallel <br />to the South line of said Block Sixteen (16) a distance <br />of two hundred sixty -four and nineteen hundredths <br />(264.19) feet to the East line of Eddy Street; thence <br />northerly along the East line of said Eddy Street a <br />distance of one hundred fifty -four (154.0) feet; thence <br />easterly parallel to the South line of said Block Six- <br />teen (16) a distance of two hundred sixty -four and <br />sixteen hundredths (264.16) feet to the place of <br />beginning, and containing 0.933 acre, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />a <br />J <br />
