WARRANTY DEED 87"' 1026 j0 <br />. <br />Mary G. Foster, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of <br />1 Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) DOLLARS received from GRANTEE, <br />Saes E. Foster <br />conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
