I <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS 87, 102580 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on the day of <br />May. 1987, Plaintiff, Nebraska Investment Finance <br />Authority, filed its Petition and action in the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Dennis L. Musil, a <br />Single Person, John Doe and Doe, His Wife, Tenants in <br />Possession, and County of Half—,Defendants, the object and <br />Prayer of which is to foreclose a certain Mortgage dated <br />March 20, 1981, and filed as Document No. 81- 001408 in <br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds against the <br />following - described real estate: <br />Lot One Hundred Forty -Six (146) in Buenavista <br />Subdivision, An Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />said Mortgage given by the Defendant, Dennis L.
