87_. 102450 <br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this J[, day of <br />& ""__ e_ . 1987 between Household Finance Corporation <br />herein referred to as "Mortgagee" and Superior Mortgage, <br />Inc., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Lender ". <br />TH'E ?AhTjLrS AECiTE ANN) Ui;Ci,AftE: THAT. <br />1. The Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a <br />certain Note for $6,100.00 and interest, secured by a cer- <br />tain Real Estate Mortgage for such sum and interest, made <br />by Danford L. Stout and Marilyn p. Stout, husband and wife, <br />dated December 17, 1984 and filed December 21, 1984 in the <br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Document No. 84- 006647 covering the following described <br />premises: <br />Lot One Hundred Forty One (141), in Buenavista Sub- <br />division, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. The Lenders are about to loan $37,500.00 on <br />a Note to be secured by a Mortgage on the encumbering <br />premises described above. <br />3. To induce the lender to make such loan it <br />is necessary that the mortgage held by the Mortgagee be <br />subordinated to the lien of the mortgage about to be made <br />by the lender as set forth above. <br />THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual <br />covenants hereinafter made and for the reasons set forth <br />above, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1• The Mortgagee hereby covenants, consents, <br />and agrees with the Lender that the aforementioned mortgage <br />held by Mortgagee is and shall continue to be subject and <br />subordinate in lien to the lien of the mortgage about to <br />be made by the lender as set forth above. <br />f t <br />
