<br />agree as follows;

<br />Apriln26,ie1984,. ast Trustee a Deed of Trust dated
<br />Document No. 84- 002184 in the
<br />Office of the Hall County Register of Dfeds, Hall County, Nebraska., in consideration
<br />of a certain Deed of Trust note for $75,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of
<br />the Trustor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest
<br />thereon shall be due and payable in the following manner:
<br />A Deed of Trust note dated April 25, 1984, on which a principal
<br />balance of $68,914.44 now remains impaid, will be re-advanced
<br />to the original loan amount of $75,00.00 as of April 20, 1987.
<br />The loan will be repaid in monthly installments of it 20,.19
<br />applied first to interest, balance to principal, commencing on
<br />May 20, 1987, and continuing monthly until April 20, 1990, when
<br />the entire unpaid principal and interest will be fully due and
<br />payable.
<br />Interest will accrue from April 20, 1987 at the Overland National
<br />Bank of Grand Island Reference Rate, as established from time to
<br />time; in no event, however, shall such interest rate exceed the
<br />rate of 13.0 %, nor be less than the rate of 9.5%. The initial
<br />rate on April 20, 1987 is 10.5% per annum.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 25, 1984, shall r(�min the same, and this Modification Agreement
<br />is made a part of the original Deed of Trust by reference and shall inure to all
<br />successors and assigns and their heirs.
