87- .102435 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />LOREN D. BILSLEND and EMMA M. BILSLEND, husband and wife, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />TWENTY -EIGHT THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ( ;28,000.00) received <br />from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />W. R. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Nebraska corporation, herein called <br />the Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Fifteen (15), excepting an undivided interest in <br />Westnside ofssaid Lot, (and <br />also all of Lots Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17),, <br />Eighteen (18) and the West Thirty -Five (35) Feet <br />of Lot Nineteen (19) in Block Twenty -Six (26) in <br />the Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
