DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Nebraska corporation, herein called the Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Fifteen (15), excepting an undivided interest in Westnside ofssaid Lot, (and also all of Lots Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17),, Eighteen (18) and the West Thirty -Five (35) Feet of Lot Nineteen (19) in Block Twenty -Six (26) in the Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
