87-102403 <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />WILLIAM T. GORDON and DAPHNE GORDON, husband and wife, each <br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of FIVE THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED AND N0 1100 DOLLARS (55,500.00) received from Grantees, do <br />grant, bargain, sell., convey and confirm unto DOROTHY K. DAHMS <br />and KATHY A. McSHANE, as joint tenants with right of survivorship <br />and not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the <br />following- described real estate in Hall. County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Twenty (20), Block Seven (7), Unit <br />Three (3), Continental Gardens, an Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, condi- <br />tions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; that <br />Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated April, 1987. <br />STATEMENT ATTACHED <br />NEBRASKA DOCUMENTARY <br />eTAMP TAX <br />APR 2 8 1987 <br />O <br />STATE OF NEB SKA ) <br />,/ ) ss: <br />COUNTY OF gow4wt) ) <br />Wil lam 'T Go on <br />Daphne Gordon <br />Before me, a Notary Public for said County, personally came <br />William T.
