GORDON and DAPHNE GORDON, husband and wife, each <br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of FIVE THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED AND N0 1100 DOLLARS (55,500.00) received from Grantees, do <br />grant, bargain, sell., convey and confirm unto DOROTHY K. DAHMS <br />and KATHY A. McSHANE, as joint tenants with right of survivorship <br />and not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the <br />following- described real estate in Hall.
