007° 102250 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF REAL - ESTATE CONTRACT <br />For value received, I, Susan L. Jeffres, a single person, hereby <br />assign to the Five Points Bank, all rights, title, and interest <br />arising from a Real Estate contract dated the 5th day of August, <br />1986, whereby Dale W. and Beverly J. Wood agrees to buy and I <br />agree to sell the hereinafter described real estate: <br />The Southerly Fifty -Seven (57) Feet of Lot One (1), <br />in block Seventy -One (71), in Wheeler and Bennett's <br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />This assignment and transfer is, however, subject to the condition <br />that if certain promissory note dated April 22, 1987 in the total <br />amount of $7,300.00, said note maturing October 19, 1937 given by <br />Susan L. Jeffres to Five Points Bank, is paid in full, the assign- <br />ment is null and void. <br />i <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified for said county, personally <br />came Susan L.
