87-- 102227 <br />EASEMENT <br />This agreement made and entered into this 20th day of April, 1987, by and <br />between E. Dean Wolfe and Judith A. "Wolfe, husband and wife, grantors and E. <br />Dears Wolfe and Judith A. Wolfe, husband and wife, grantees. <br />This agreement and easement is for the purpose of creating a common driveway <br />between two lots. <br />Whereas grantors are the owners of and seized of an estate in fee simple of a <br />parcel of land described as: <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Wolfe Plaza Sub - Division, an addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />The grantors hereby create an easement for a common driveway, said easement <br />to to be. created over a fifteen foot strip of land along the north side of Lot 2 <br />for the purpose of ingress and egress. <br />This easement is superior and paramount to the rights of any of the parties <br />hereto in the respective servient estates so created, and the easement is a <br />covenant that shall run with the land. <br />The easement shall be perpetual. The consideration for this easement shall be <br />the mutual agreements of the parties and the benefit created for each lot. <br />No liability is unposed upon the owners of either lot for the construction or <br />operation of such driveway and easement. <br />State of Nebraska <br />County of Hall ss. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on the 20th day of April, <br />1987 by E.
