Williamson, husband and wife, <br />GRANTORS, in consideration of TWENTY DOLLARS ($20,000.00) <br />received from GRANTEE, MaryLlIong, convey to GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Section 76 -201, <br />Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943), situated in Mall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The East One - third (E 1/3) of Lots Five (5) and Six <br />(6), in Block Seven (7), in Hann's Third Addition to <br />the City of Grand island, Nebraska, being a rectangular <br />tract of ground having a South frontage of Fifty -three <br />(53) feet and eight (8) inches on Charles Street in <br />said City, and an East frontage of One hundred and six <br />(106) feet on Kimball Avenue in said City, surveyed, <br />platted and recorded, <br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and <br />easements of record, visible easements, and zoning laws, rules <br />and regulations. <br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEE, as <br />follows: <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the real <br />estate is free of encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEE; and <br />3.
