�n 87-- JL02055 SPATE OF NEBRASKA COUNTY OF HALL DL -H 455263 20 00 SUBORDINATION WHEREAS, Kenneth L. Bly and Nadine M. Bly, hereinafter termed 'Borrower', are presently indebted to the Small Business Administration, hereinafter termed "SBA ", as evidenced by that certain Promissory Note executed by said Borrower in favor of SBA dated April 20, 1981., in the original principal amount of $7,300.00; and WHEREAS, said Note is secured, among other things, by that certain Mortgage executed by said Borrower in favor of SBA, and recorded on April 7, 1981, as File No. 81- 001725, with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; real estate taken by said Mortgage is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto which specific reference is here made; and WHEREAS, said Borrower is desirous of obtaining an additional loan in the amount of $32,000.00 from Farmers State Bank & Trust Company, Superior, Nebraska, herein termed 'Lender ", for the purpose of refinancing Borrower's existing mortgage loan with First Federal Savings and Loan Association, Lincoln, Nebraska; to secure said loan, said Lender requires the Borrower to secure said loan with a Mortgage on the real estate described in Exhibit 'A" and further requests that SBA subordinate its Mortgage to that Mortgage being taken by said Lender. NOW THEREFORE, in and for good and valuable consideration, and in order to induce said Lender to make said additional loan to said Borrower, SBA does hereby subordinate its Mortgage to that Mortgage securing said additional loan.
