<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Galen L. Pankonin and
<br />Sara M. Pankonin, husband and wife, Grantors, do hereby grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, Grantee, the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block Eleven (11) of College Addition
<br />To West Lawn-, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of
<br />homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or
<br />any part thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation and
<br />satisfaction of the mortgage to The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded November 21, 1980,
<br />as document number 80- 006794, filed in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />conveyed said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate
<br />consideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of the
<br />obligation secured by the mortgage of Grantors recorded as
<br />Document 80- 006794 together with cancellation of the Bond given
<br />by Grantors with the above mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, 'Cher
<br />than this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said
<br />real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with
<br />the appurtenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, and its successors and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantors, for themselves and their heirs and assigns, hereby
<br />covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises;
<br />that the Grantors have good and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and that the Grantors warrant and will defend the title to
<br />said premises unto the said Grantee and its successors and
<br />assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
