WARRANTY DEED 7— 102004 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Galen L. Pankonin and <br />Sara M. Pankonin, husband and wife, Grantors, do hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto The Equitable Building <br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska <br />corporation, Grantee, the following described real estate: <br />Lot Ten (10), Block Five (5), in Wallich's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance <br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, titlo, right of <br />homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, <br />or any part thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation <br />and satisfaction of the mortgage to the Equitable Building and <br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded May 11, 1984, <br />as document number 84- 002562, filed in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having <br />conveyed said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate <br />consideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of the <br />obligation secured by the mortgage of Grantors recorded as <br />Document 84- 002562 together with cancellation of the Bond given <br />by Grantors with the above mortgage. <br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly <br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other <br />than this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said <br />real estate. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- describe real estate with the <br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and <br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, <br />and its successors and assigns forever, and the Grantors, fir <br />themselves and their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with <br />the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that <br />the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that the <br />Grantors have good and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />and that the Grantors warrant and will defend the title to <br />said premises unto the said Grantee and its successors and <br />assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />Executed this 2nd day of April 1987. <br />STATEMENT ATTACHED <br />STAMP TAX <br />APR 10 1997 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)SS. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />JL1� <br />Galen L.
