KISTLER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, herein called the Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Twenty -Nine (29) R & B Second Sub- division, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever.
