F <br />87-101970 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT UNDER DEED OF TRUST <br />Notice is hereby formally given as follows: <br />1. The Trustor is: Scott and Cheryl Drage. <br />2. The Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 16th <br />day of December, 1985, as Document No. 85- 006194. <br />3. The Deed of Trust relates to the following described <br />real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Eighteen (18) in Argo Fourth Subdivision, <br />in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. The Trustor has breached the obligation for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security, the nature of <br />the breach being Trustoe's failure to pay amounts due. <br />5. The Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire <br />unpaid principal and interest to be immediately due and <br />payable. <br />6. The Beneficiary had directed the Trustee to exercise <br />Trustee's election to sell the trust property and apply the <br />proceeds thereof upon the unpaid debt. <br />7.
