r <br />In <br />87- :LOIL950 <br />RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION of Grand Island, Nebraska, for valuable <br />consideration to it, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby release the following described real <br />property, situate in part of the Southwest Quarter of the South- <br />east Quarter (SW 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point two hundred and thirty -one (231) feet <br />East of and thirty -three (33) feet North of the Southwest <br />corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SW 1/4 SE 1/4), Section 14, Township 11 North, Range 10 <br />West of the 6th P.M.; thence North perpendicular to the <br />South line of said Section 14 for a distance of seven (7) <br />feet; thence East on a line forty (40) feet North of and <br />parallel to the South line of said Section 14 for a distance <br />of two hundred forty -three (243) feet; thence South on a <br />line perpendicular to the South line of said section for a <br />distance of seven (7) feet; thence West on a line thirty - <br />three (33) feet North of and parallel to the South line of <br />said Section 14 for a distance of two hundred forty -three <br />(243) feet to the point of beginning, containing0.04 acre, <br />more or less, <br />from the mortgage given thereon, together with other property, by <br />LeRoy A. Gydesen, which mortgage is reorded as Document No. <br />81- 002572 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />And in consideration of said payment it does hereby remise, <br />release, and forever quitclaim unto said LeRoy A.
