<br />You are hereby notified that on April, 1987, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Jimmy Guy McCain and Ronelle Lee McCain, hus-
<br />band and wife; Pat Kosmick; James Rodenbaugh; Edward Lechner and
<br />Marie Lechner, husband and wife; and The United States of America,
<br />acting through the Department of the Treasury -- Internal Revenue
<br />Service, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to fore-
<br />close a real estate mortgage on the following- described real
<br />estate in Hail County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Ten (10), in Gilbert's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Ten (10), in Gilbert's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Jimmy Guy McCain and Ronelle Lee McCain, on
<br />or about April 1, 1985, to the above -named Plaintiff, and that
<br />said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 4, 1985, as Document No.
<br />85- 001631.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $41,735.32, including interest computed to
<br />and including March 31, 1987, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $12.56 per diem beginning April 1, 1987, and for addi-
<br />tional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real
<br />estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts
<br />found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest and costs.
