NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />WHEREAS, Stanley R. Brondel and Marlene L. Brondel, husband
<br />and wife, as Trustors, on March 28, 1984, made, executed and
<br />delivered to Chicago Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, a Deed
<br />of Trust covering the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), Block One (1), Sothman's Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was given as security for the
<br />payment of a certain Note on the same day given by Stanley R.
<br />Brondel and Marlene L. Brondel, husband and wife, to Norwest
<br />Financial Nebraska, Inc., the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded on March 30, 1984 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />#84- 001658; and
<br />WHEREAS, the breach of the obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, to -wit: Stanley
<br />R. Brondel and Marlene L. Brondel, husband and wife, have wholly
<br />failed, neglected and refused to pay the principal and interest
<br />due for the month of August 1985, and all subsequent months
<br />thereafter; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 16th day of March, 1987, John M. Cunningham,
<br />222 North Cedar Street, P. O. Box 2280, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68802, was appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Stanley R. Brondel and Marlene L. Brondel, husband
<br />and wife, and that said Substitution of Trustee was recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />the 6th day of April, 1987, as Document #87- 101863;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned
<br />Successor Trustee7 at the request of the Beneficiary, and in con-
<br />sequence of said default, has elected to sell, or cause to be sold,
<br />the above described real estate to satisfy said obli ation.
