Exhibit "A ", and made a part hereof by this reference; and <br />said portion of said fence shall be, and is, the boundary <br />line between said properties. <br />2. A portion of the State's property is enclosed with <br />Krug & Mitchell property at the southernmost portion thereof, <br />which said State property is marked in blue, on Exhibit "A ", <br />and said land is and shall remain the property of State. <br />Krug & Mitchell are given temporary use of said land until <br />such time as State builds a fence along the property line <br />dividing Krug & Mitchell and State, at said southernmost <br />portion. Krug & Mitchell may, during this use, plant.grass <br />and shrubbery on said State property, but may make no other <br />improvements of any nature thereon, and shall acquire no <br />right, title, interest, easement or leasehold as against the <br />State, his only right therein being a temporary possession <br />at the sufferance of the State. <br />3. Both parties shall have the right to survey and <br />resurvey said areas, and either or both parties shall have <br />the right to have their own property, or any of it, designated <br />as lots in the aforesaid Section 20, in the records of Hall <br />County, provided, however, that in case of any discrepancy, <br />the aforesaid portion of said fence which constitutes the <br />boundary between the land of State and Krug & Mitchell, as it <br />now exists, shall be the monment. a hall prevail, Wt <br />shall not affect the aforesaid State land marked in blue on <br />Exhibit "A ". <br />
