87-101820 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />This deed, made this 19th day of February 19 87 <br />between Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, Trustee; Norwest <br />Bank Nebraska, National Association, Beneficiary; and Robert L. <br />Siemers and Betty J. Siemers Trustors, <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure <br />to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust <br />Deed, which was filed on May 28, 1986 , recorded in the <br />office of the Clerk of the County of Hall , and identified as document <br />number 86- 102748 , convey to Trustee,.his successors or assigns, <br />a certain parcel of real estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit: <br />East one half of the Southeast quarter (E'- ,SE114) in Section 28, Township <br />12 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary <br />has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in <br />the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said <br />Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned, Trustee, does hereby release, convey and <br />quit claim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, claim and demand <br />whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above - described Trust Deed, <br />together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or apper- <br />taining. <br />Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. , <br />-Trustee, <br />n : By: Gary L.
