°> 87- 101802 <br />�3r4 SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />ELMER HALL and RUTH HALL, husband and wife, herein called <br />the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER GOOD AND <br />SUFFICIENT CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Ronald L. Johansen & Pamela M.
