<br />southerly thirteen and one -half (13 112) feet of Lot 26,
<br />Capital Heights Seventh Subdivision, except the westerly
<br />eight (8) feet of said Lot 26, said tract containing 366
<br />square feet, more or less, as shown_ on the drawing dated
<br />10115184, marked Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein by reference;
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress
<br />and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of
