<br />1987, The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Gr
<br />land, Nebraska, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Clayton C. Hesser, Jr.
<br />and Jean E. Hesser, husband and wife, Defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on
<br />the following - described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Six (6) and the East Half MID of Lot
<br />Five (5) in Dean's Subdivision, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Clayton C. Hesser, Jr. and Jean E. Hesser,
<br />on or about July 30, 1979, to the above -named Plaintiff, and
<br />that said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Reg-
<br />ister of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on July 31, 1979, as
<br />Document No. 79- 004895.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $45,326.64, including interest computed to
<br />and including March 31, 1987, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $12.58 per diem commencing April 1, 1987, and for addi-
<br />tional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real
<br />estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the
<br />amounts found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest and costs.
