Pankonin and Sara M. Pankonin, husband and wife; and Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Twenty -One (21), in Capital Heights Sixth Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, given by Defendants Galen L. Pankonin and Sara M. Pankonin on or about June 21, 1976, to the above -named Plaintiff, and that said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 21, 1976, as Document No. 76- 003313. Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and Mortgage the sum of $43,025.95, including interest computed to and including March 31, 1987, and with interest accruing at the rate of $10.07 per diem commencing April 1, 1987, and for addi- tional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real estate seucrity during these proceedings, and praying for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest and costs.
