Q ( - Zvi ) <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />You are hereby notified that on 1987, The <br />Equitable Building and Loan Associatio f rand Island, Nebraska, <br />Plaintiff filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, against Galen L. Pankonin and Sara M. Pankonin, husband <br />and wife; and Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, <br />a corporation, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is <br />to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following- described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Twenty -One (21), in Capital Heights <br />Sixth Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />given by Defendants Galen L. Pankonin and Sara M.
