F <br />IN <br />87-- 101754 <br />IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a corporation, <br />Plaintiff, <br />VS. <br />JOHN MAJORINS AND ALICE R. <br />MAJORINS, husband and wife; <br />and HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Case No. R 1 -zlt Z- <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />You are hereby notified that on April I°� , 1987, The Equi- <br />table Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, against the above named Defendants, the object <br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the <br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Northerly One -half of the Northerly One -half <br />(AN'h) of Lot One (1), and the Northerly One -half <br />of the Northerly One -half (NhNh) of the Easterly <br />Fourteen (14) Feet of Lot Two (2), all in Block <br />Twelve (12), in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />giver. by Defendants John Majorins and Alice R.
