<br />(12 U.S.C. f 1701 et seq.) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. § 3531).
<br />Together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, in-
<br />terest, claim or demand whatsoever of the said Grantor; of, in, or to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To Have And To Hold the above described premises unto the said Grantee(s) and to his heirs and assigns
<br />forever; and the said Grantor does hereby covenant to Warrant and Defend the said premises against the lawful claims
