Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a <br />certain Deed of Trust and promissory note date April 15, 1983 wherein <br />MICHEAL G. HERZOG, is designated as Trustor - Borrower, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is <br />designated as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />LINCOLN, a United States Corporation, is designated as Beneficiary- Lender. <br />Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register of Deeds office of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on April 18, 1983, in Document No. 83- 00-1868. Said <br />Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the power and sale over <br />the following described property_ <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), in South Grand <br />Island, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Further Joseph H. Baday;, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustor- Borrower had breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust and <br />accompany promissory note by failing to gay the monthly installments of <br />principal and interest of $443.00 for the months of December, 1986 and <br />January, February and March, 1987, as agreed upon in said promissory note. <br />As a result of this breach, said Trustee, Joseph H_ Badami, has elected to <br />exercise the power of sale and to sell or cause to be sold, the <br />aforementioned property to satisf the obligation of Trrustor.. <br />Trustee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss.: <br />Lancaster County ) <br />Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, qualified and acting for <br />and in said County and State, appeared JOSEPH H.
