<br />gagee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has Granted and Sold and by these presents does Grant, Bargain, Self, Convey

<br />Lot Four (4), in Block One Hundred Sixteen (116), in Koenig and Wiebe's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom the Northerly Eighty Five and Three Tenths (N 85.3) Feet thereof.

<br />To Have aid To Heil the premises above described, with all the appurtenances thereinto belonging and including all hag,
<br />phmnbdng and lighting fixtures and equipment now or bereafts attached to or used in connection with said real estate unto the Mort-
<br />gagee, and to its successors and assigns, forever. The Mortgagor represents to, and covenants with, the Mortgagee, that the Mat
<br />gaga has good right to sell and convey said premises: that they are free from encumbrance, and that the Mortgagor will warrant and
<br />defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever: and the said Mortgagor hereby relinquishes all rights of
<br />homestead, and all marital rights, either in law or in equity, and all other contingent int - �ts of the Mortgagor in and to the above-
<br />described premises, the intention being to convey hereby an absoluse title, in fee simple, in g all rights of homestead, and ?xher
<br />rights and interests as aforesaid.
<br />1Prenided Abram and time presents are executed and delivered upon the following conditions, to wit:
<br />The Mortgagor agrees to pay the Mortgagee, or order, the principal seem of Forty One Tt ousand Six Hundred
<br />Fifty and No /100's Dohtars (S 41, 650.00 ),
<br />with interest from date at the rate of Nine per Cenhnm ( 9.0 %) per annum on the
<br />unpaid balsam tmtil paid. The said principal and interest shati be payable at the office of
<br />Superior Mortgage, Inc., 2121 North Welt Road, P.O. Box "S ",
<br />in Grand Island, NE 68802 , or at such other place as the holder of the note
<br />May designate in writing, in monthly installments of Three Hundred Thirty Five and 13 /100' S
<br />(S 335.13 ), commencing on the first day of June
<br />h9 87 , and on the --Dollars first day of each month thereafter until the principal and interest are fully paid, except that the final payment of
<br />principal and inter , if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on the first day of May
<br />20 17 ; all acoocdmg to the terms of a certain promissory note of even date herewith executed by the said Mortgagor.
