87-101701 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />This deed, made this 23rd day of March, 1987 , <br />between John A. Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., for- <br />merly First Savings Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; <br />and Duering Incorporated, A Nebraska Corporation and Dru Duering, <br />A Single Person, Trustor(s). <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order <br />to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- <br />tion, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on January 12, 1983, <br />recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of Hall <br />and identified as document number 83- 000204 , convey <br />to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1) in Block Thirty -one (31) in <br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Haim County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- <br />vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances <br />and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />JOHN WOLF - RUSTEE <br />SUBSCRIBED and sworn to before me on March 23, 1987. <br />=ff4Whw� NOT Y PUBL <br />w <br />.._1 <br />
