Er- <br />LIS PENDENS 87-- 101649 <br />e <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, is plaintiff <br />and John Sundling, et al., are the defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said defendants <br />of the amount due plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 3rd day of <br />September, 1980, and filed in the office the Register of Deeds, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 4th day of September, 1980, at <br />Doc. No. 80- 004816, wherein Randal F. Mayo and Janice A.
