<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Charles F. Lange and Colleen E. Lange, Husband
<br />and Wife; United States of America, acting through The Department
<br />of the Treasury -- Internal Revenue Service; Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />N.A., formerly The First National Bank of Grand Island and John
<br />A. Wolf, Trustee, and Hoppe Lumber Company, Defendants, the ob-
<br />ject and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage
<br />on the the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Nine (9), in Block Two (2) Parkhill
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Charles F. Lange and Colleen E. Lange on or
<br />about April 15, 1977 to the above -named Plaintiff, and that said
<br />Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 15, 1977, as Document No. 77-
<br />001904.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $33,224.12, including interest computed to
<br />and including March 31, 1987, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $7.54 per diem beginning April 1, 1987, and for additional
<br />costs and other advances necessary to protect the real estate
<br />security during these proceedings, and praying for the sale of
<br />the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts found due
<br />on its Bond and Mortgage, interest and costs.
