Lange and Colleen E. Lange, <br />husband and wife; United States of America, acting through The <br />Department of the Treasury -- Internal Revenue Service; and Dennis <br />Howell and Robin Howell, husband and wife, Defendants, the object <br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on <br />the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Four (4), in Block Three (3), in College <br />Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />given by Defendants Charles F. Lange and Colleen E.
