87_. 101575 <br />ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING OF DEED OF TRUST <br />WITH POWER OF SALE <br />The undersigned borrowers, RICHARD E. POTTER and MARCEE M. <br />POTTER, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as <br />spouse of the other, understand that they are acting as Trustors <br />in a proposed Deed of Trust with power of sale to the following - <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), Dale <br />Roush Subdivision, in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />wherein Gary (;. Hampton and Judy C. Hampton are Beneficiaries, <br />which Deed of Trust will secure payment of $8,900.00 The <br />undersigned hereby acknowledge: <br />1. We understand that the document to be executed <br />is a Deed of Trust and not a Mortgage. <br />2. We understand that the Power of Sale provided for <br />in the Deed of Trust provides us with substantially <br />different rights and obligations in the event of a <br />default or breach of obligation than the rights <br />and obligations provided us in a mortgage. <br />3. We have had an opportunity to read the proposed <br />Deed of Trust with Power of Sale but we are <br />signing this acknowledgment first before we are <br />asked to sign the Deed of Trust. <br />DATED this 10 day of March, 1987. <br />RICHARD E.
